Matrix Associates are people who are closely connected to Matrix relationally and in values and benefit from practical support we can offer.

Many community projects are started by individuals or small groups and struggle to meet overheads or can get isolated and discouraged. In Matrix we have extensive resources in office space and administrative and accountancy support. We also have a network of people who have considerable leadership experience. We therefore offer Associates help to keep going and develop vision. Associates are not employed by Matrix but are part of the wider team.

Georgina Micklewright has been co-ordinating the work of the Guildford Student Team since 2005. After graduating from the University of Surrey in Sociology, Georgina felt called to continue working with students in Guildford rather than entering into her proposed career in HR! She works closely with local churches and is passionate about church unity. She also sits on the 24-7 Prayer UK Team championing the spreading of prayer & mission in Universities across the UK.

Georgina also enjoys learning new instruments, politics, watching sport and satirical panel shows, and laughing very loudly.
